Prologue

The Farewell was last day, he saw her. Herface adorned with glow of pride, as he studied her face quite intently, but theblush on her cheeks was telling a different story. His heart had flinched, atthe sight of her and her lover in the canteen, on the last day, when he finallyknew that now all chances were lost, and now nothing much was left, to beconsidered anymore.

But that day was also the day when heleft himself behind and entered a new world with new avenues and physical profile,it wasn't he was under some kind of drug of grudge regarding her, he was happyfor her, genuinely happy, but he couldn't deny, how he felt when he saw herwith someone else. Not that he ever imagined her to be with him, but still, hisdreams didn't lacked behind.

Only thing that lasted, after indulgingin a soul-wreaking breakup, was her self esteem, only if she knew that her lovelife would have such an end, she would have done a little than wasting herseven years on a man who was not worth anything, not that she blamed him much,after all she knew somewhere that he was a general man, not some knight to rescueher from the mess her life was.

But she knew that now, only thing thatshe could do for happiness of her family, her Amma and Appa was to startafresh, so be it! She gave a damn to world who called her anything but a woman,it was much to know that she liked the way she was, and she wanted to live thistime, for herself.

With that she entered the glass taintedbeautiful building, taking a deep breath, with a thought in her mind, 'Nothingcould be worse than it already was.'
