Raman could tell Ishita's palak paneer from Shagun's palak paneer ...but he can't tell Ishita from the nurse?!!! ..Seriously ..this is so hilarious ..they are making a JOKE out of something that could have been so sweetly done! ...Looks like his sense of taste is better than sight and smell! ..Seriously you cant mistake one person for another one u've been living with for months together!!!

Raman actually doesn't know Ishita's palak paneer...he knew how Shagun's palak paneer tastes so the other one is definitely Ishita's ...that's how he found it...it's a diagnosis of exclusion.
