Depends on the time of the day it is reported. If it is reported in the middle of the night, India time, then action is taken ASAP, within 90 seconds, because Thakur and Thanedaarni are awake. If it is reported in the middle of the day (India time), then it can take up to 3 hours, because they sleep in the day.
