is it fair?

if someone other than these three will say something and someone else doesn't like it there will be a group who explains thing together that he/she might meant this or that! WHY?

and if these three say stuff, they give reaction like 'haan haan tumhare mun se baat nikli bhi kese, we don't need you sorrys'.
