Bhoomi talks to her lawyer that Yuv should not be saved. He tells Bhoomi that Yuv is just out on bail and it would be difficult to prove him innocent.
Mansen is in a meeting with his lawyer Natasha. She tells Mansen that Yuv is out on bail but it would be difficult to save him. She tells him to tell her everything about Arjun / Bhoomi, the 2 families and Yuv, which he does. After hearing Mansen she tells him consider Yuv saved.
Bhoomi tells Baisa that their lawyer has assured her that Yuv cannot be saved. Mansen interrupts her and tells her she is wrong and should not celebrate victory before winning and even her Bhagwan will not be able to punish Yuv. Bhoomi tells Mansen that Yuv is only out on bail, but he would not be able to save Yuv from punishment. Mansen tells her he will prove Yuv innocent and if that does not happen Mansen Goenka will change his name. Mansen leaves.
Bhoomi tells Baisa that first she used to see helplessness in Mansens eyes, but today there was confidence, which shows that he is planning something, and we need to find out what Mansen is upto. Yudh has started and the first thing is not to consider your enemy weak.
Bhoomi tells Arjun's pic that today is the hearing of the case and with Bhagwans blessings she will punish Yuv. Shaku tells her that Bhagwans blessings are with her. Baisa tells her not to worry as all witnesses are on their side.
Mansen explains the happenings to Yuv on a chess table and tells him that there is a big army to protect the king, but the king only trusts his wazir. You are the king and I am your wazir, I will not let anything happen to you. Today in court I will do something no one is aware of.
Both sides get ready to go to court. Bade Dadaji is sitting in the hall, Mansen, Gun and Yuv come downstairs from 1 side and Bhoomi, Shaku and Baisa from another side. Both come and stand near Bade Dadaji facing each other. (Missed a few mins. here due to cable problem, but its dialogs btw Mansen and Bhoomi.) Bhoomi bends down to take Bade Dadaji's ashirwad, he stops her and tells her he has always considered her his daughter, but today he feels he is a bahu. He cannot give her ashirwad to take the life of a son of this house. Bhoomi tells him that she has always respected him, but if she has to forget Arjun's death to get his ashirwad then she does not want his ashirwad.
Mansen tells Bade Dadaji not to worry as Yuv will not be punished. Bhoomi wonders what Mansen has that he is so sure of winning. Baisa tells him to beware of playing underhanded tricks. Mansen tells her he will win in court.
LK comes there he says in a house there should be love and trust, but where there is hate it breaks the family apart. Your own loved ones stand against you. This is Dharam Yudh, Koi Apna Koi Paraya Nahin. Only Satya and aSatya. Bhoomi is siding with the truth and Mansen is with lies. Lets see who wins.

In the courtroom, Mansen tells Bhoomi though all witnesses have testified in her favor he still has a trump card up his sleeve. Bhoomi tells him no matter what Yuv will be punished.
