Just a little topic on my afterthought from the pilot of itti si khushi.

For me both the show and neha came across as endearing and a breath of fresh air, both concept and character wise. Neha meeting her family and all those scenes were very sweet. I loved how they didn't make anything ott or too sappy. Emotions were balanced well in the epi, creds to the director and actors. ⭐️

But I loved the scenes at the end of the epi, when neha goes out of the house on her own. Smiriti really stole the show for me throughout, but this was my fav seq. Smiriti nailed that innocence and spunk of an inquisitive girl who's missed out on many yesrs, and so all this curiosity and excitement and questioning. I loved the natural situational humor there, when she goes around looking at ipads an smart phones with awe, and then sees a ramleela poster and goes which actors are these?? 😕😆
Smiriti was too cute and her expressions and body language and dialogue delivery, was just spot on.

The whole cast did great. And I'm really liking everyone, actually. But just pointing out what stole the show for me. I hope the show continues to go on like this, and we get quality entertainment :D

Completely agree with you! As you said,it was endearing right from the start and what absolutely sealed it was Smriti's portrayal of Neha! Special mention to the scenes you mentioned,I liked the humour there too, especially when she was so much in awe of the technology boom that had happened and her confusion at who the actors were in the Ram Leela poster 😆

The moment that stole the show for me has to be "paise papa se le lena". Going to the local grocer that she has known all her life and just picking up whatever she wanted and walking out came as second nature to her. Out in the same neighbourhood, back home, she is in her element so much so that she has completely forgotten that maybe, perhaps these very people that she recognises might not be able to recognise her.

And I too loved her shock and awe at the technology and the confusion at the movie stars. Over all, it was as you said - endearing. All of it and just the perfect way to head into a heartwarming story.
