So, yeah, in the Sati Rahasya track, there was a battle between Mahadev and Vishnu. The Shitikantha one. Apparently it is not completely fictional, and is described in Harivamsa, Bhavishya Parva, Chapter 32, from Sloka 36. Readers who know Sanskrit can refer:

So the crux of the story is, from what I understood, (which is very less), something similar to Virabhadra destroying Daksha's Sacrifice. Here, Rudra's rampage cannot be stopped, so Vishnu come's to fight Mahadev.

So, I think, the sloka where Mahadev throws the Trishul at Vishnu is this:

rudraH shareNa-abhyahanad viShNum eva-agraNI raNe |

hR^idi sarvA~NgasandhIShu tIkShNAgreNa suyantriNA ||3-32-43

The meaning as far as I know, is:

Rudra, with his piercing and sharp weapon (red),wounded Vishnu (dark blue), who was the greatest warrior on the battlefield (Blue). He hit him on the heart, the vital place connecting all organs(Green).

And Vishnu is not shaken by this. Instead he releases various weapons on Shiva, who is not bothered by these. Then in anger, Vishnu catches his throat.

tataH prasabhamAplutya rudraMviShNuH sanAtanam |
kaNTe jagrAha bhagavAnnIlakaNTastato.abhavat ||3-32-47

Then, violently jumping on Rudra, the Devon ke Dev, (Dark Blue), Vishnu caught his throat (red), by which he became Nilakantha (green).

(Okay, I know Nilakantha is because of the poison swallowing incident. But don't blame me. I am just quoting the Sloka.)

After this Nandi gets angry and attacks Vishnu, who is able to tackle him. And they make peace. And finally, peace is restored to the Yagya.

😊 yes surya,this story is very true and also this part of the sati-rahasya track was the doobte ko tinke ka sahara. no doubt ,this story applied in a slight different way in dkdm,but the execution and performances were fantastic👍🏼
