I am a silent reader whenever I come on forums which is very rare but after watching yesterdays episode of DA I could not hold back myself. I want to say that I am totally sick and fed up of these serials that depict and portray women, weak and helpless 😡, I mean what perception are they giving the western world about east indian women, 😭 😡 seriously, I thought a long time back they would have given urmi some sense 🤡, some direction greater focus and some strength, all she seems to be doing is opening her eyes up and crying, good grief! show something that would give courage and strength to the women out there under trial and tribulations. why are you always portraying men, evil men making women submissive,.. 😡 and don't get me started on mother in laws... 😡 really writers, I wonder how many of you are like samra? is that is why you enjoy making such rubbish, this show does not have an iota of uplifting and making women feel empowered and triumph.. so please writers Stop your nonsense and show a better story line, I feel I cant digest this show to much they have made urmi a total Puppet! 🤡

Its a bitter reality women are facing...
People should be aware of animal like Samrat and find a solution for people like him and for domestic torture and violence!
Yes, uts ugly to see what they are showing but look at the other side of it too...

I really like this show.
The bitter reality of some (and not all) women's lives is OK to portray.
But I agree that the writers of this serial have gone way too far in depicting Urmi's struggles in that no one is ready to support her.

I was hoping that the old couple who live without their son would at least be kind to Urmi and understand her situation. But even they are portrayed as money hungry people who have no concern for a young woman who has been living with them and whom they have observed for some time. That was the biggest disappointment today.

I agree that the writers have gone too far. Unless they turn it around now, many in audience will lose interest.
