Sukirti was compared with Gauhar khan of last season winner???

Colors channel seems to think that a super cramped setting (the set resembles the interiors of a crashed aeroplane), three contestants (actress Deepshikha Nagpal, actor Puneet Issar and radio jockey Preetam) with powers to lord over the other 12 contestants, and Salman Khan in a pilot's outfit is enough variability from the last season. In a reality show like Bigg Boss, the big surprise is the contestants and they should not be in the same mould as what has been seen in the past season. Unfortunately, the makers seem to have ignored that aspect completely. Besides, Salman Khan looked bored, which is not something you expect from your highly paid celebrity judge at the start of the season.

Big Boss Season 7 had a yesteryear producer's "actor" son who had failed to make a mark in Bollywood. This year we have a politician and yesteryear actor's son who is in the same boat. Will Aarya Babbar have the same anger management issues like Armaan Kohli? Most likely, but will it make for an interesting viewing? Last season had an ex-heroine who started out with big banners but ended up with no work eventually.

This year Minissha Lamba is filling the slot of Tanisha Mukerjee. Lamba claims that she will be the peacemaker in the house and seems to have all the initial I-Am-Ms-Goody-Two-Shoes attributes that Mukerjee had. The only difference being that she doesn't look as fit or glamorous as Mukerjee did and neither does she have a famous Bollywood family on the outside who are uncomfortable with her doing this show. Upen Patel. The romantic pairing has already started. Actor Upen Patel is likely to be the Casanova like Kushal Tandon was last year. Eager to fill in Gauhar Khan's shoes is TV actress Sukirti Kandpal, but she is out of her depth here. Our feeling is that Patel will play the field (housemates include Soni Singh, Karishma Tanna and Sonali Raut), unlike Tandon who stuck with Khan through the season. And the obsession with having a foreign element in the house continues from last season. Will Serbian model Natasha Stankovic, who was seen with Ranveer Singh in a condom advert and has done an item number for the film Satyagraha, fit into Elli Avram's space or will she be like Hazel Keech? We think Stankovic will have a smooth run for the first few weeks, but there are just too many leggy babes (think Tanna and Singh) in this season who will want her out of the frame, fast. Of course, there is the mandatory gay contestant like in the last season but will Mr Gay India 2014, Sushant Divgikar, be a patch on VJ Andy? At present he seems to be sticking to every stereotype there is about gays, including flaunting his legs in shorts, and even in a pink nightgown. Minissha Lamba. The only deviation from the norm is the absence of a married couple (Shilpa Saklani and Apurva Agnihotri, season 7) and a divorced one (Delnaaz Irani and Rajev Paul, season 6) and a social do-gooder (Sampat Pal Devi, season 6). We don't know about you, but we are unlikely to watch the first few weeks of the show while the contestants dance the same dance that we saw last season.

Natasha is the next elli.. She speaks hindi just like her and will be having her flirt sessions with Sallu.. We can see upen already trying to start a new love story.. I dnt feel Sukriti as Gauhar but Prats... Initially Prats had a good bond with Khushal but equation changed after GauShal bond.. Same way i think Upen will find a stronger contestant to mingle with.

I feel Soni or Sonali.. whatever her name is.. the vamp of some tv soap.. she will be like Kamya.

P.s. : Even i am not liking BB house this time.. I was expecting it to be a lavishing plane with all facilities but here it looks like they are stuck at some place coz of plan crash tragedy.

Yes exactly and from the start the perception is like its a love finding show and contestants are being prepared for that already..Like seriously common in bb7 everything happened very gradually be it love story of Gauhar Kushal or Tanisha Armaan nd i wud definitely love loyal friendships first rather than these love angles being brought up so soon..The contestants have their own different personalities and we will see its different shades gradually..
