DD gets annoyed when the servant informs her that Sid and Roshni are coming, and even more irked when she sees Resham preparing for their arrival. She shouts and Roshni for coming back when she's "disowned" her house, while nani asks her to calm down as Roshni's the daughter of the house. DD screams that Roshni proved that whatever DD did to make her life easy was futile as she chose to marry a beggar, and that she's not her daughter. A distraught Roshni wants to walk away, but Sid stops her and tells her that they need to teach DD the meaning of love, as her dictionary only has hatred in it. He consoles Roshni, hugs her and tells her that he'll settle everything. DD mocks Sid for his "lecture" and tells him to write dialogues for a living. Roshni is infuriated and yells at DD for insulting her husband and her in laws, as their love is more than enough for her. She asks Sid to take her home.

Sid reminisces the past and thinks to himself that he won't let Roshni leave until she's received her mother's blessings. He tells her of the same, about how he thinks their relationship can't begin without DD's blessings, as she's Roshni's mother. Roshni tries to dissuade him, but he says that's how his parents brought him up.

DD accuses Sid of being a gold digger. Roshni takes her chunari and leaves alone, while DD threatens Sid to get out or she'll have him escorted out by the security. He challenges her to do that, as he tells her that he'll tell the police and Roshni about her plan to get him kidnapped during the wedding.

Precap: Sid and Roshni enter DD's house as Resham welcomes them. DD's watching in anger.
