We can't compare anyone pain both go through heart break and with the time wounds get healed and that's what happend with ishita. It could have happened same with raman but ashok and shagun always attack hom on that same wound and because of that it couldn't healed.

Ishita break up its not easy for her first she lost her love and second she can't conceived but whatever tine snatch from her same time gave her back her happiness. She lost subbu but she got raman who is not like sweet subbu but raman is not person who will leave ishita for any reason. She can't conceived but she got beautiful daughter ruhi. These 2 completed her

He married a woman and love her madly but he wqs betrayed by her. Time gave him pain so same time show him way to heal his pain. With the ishita hw got experience trust undertading and companionship from both partner.

Both are loved both are betrayed both are hurt both are suffered and both are moving on and both are leaning to live again
