Just because it is a tapeworm doesn't mean it is worthless. It does have family and friends. Most importantly, they help you drop weight like crazy and look just like those skeleton models, unlike fetuses that make you fat and bloated.

There are several times the fertilized egg does not catch on. Even once the fertilized egg is accepted by the womb there are several instances outside of abortion that can stop it from carrying full term. That means a fertilized egg is potential life. It needs certain parameters to be fulfilled before a baby is born. Every sperm or every egg is itself is also potential life. It just needs parameters to be fulfilled before a baby is born. So if wasting one form of potential life is wrong then wastage of sperms and eggs is also wrong. They too are potential life. Or is unicellular just not as worth as multicellular life? That's so cellist!
