Tanveer gets good news that the lawyers have prepared the papers for transfer of properties. She sits cavalierly on her gawdy expensive furniture, showing off to Razia.

Tomorrow, all of this will be mine...

That means she's taking everything! Even what belongs to Aahil !? No way. Razia Bi warns her, even if she gets those papers written, Aahil or Sanam may refuse to sign it...

Tanveer gloats that she has both of them by the noose, that they wouldn't DARE be insubordinate to her wishes. Uh-oh, I see the opening for Seher here...

Razia taunts Tanveer, Don't be so sure they'll do whatever you want. What if they fell in love and wanted to stay together? Tanveer laughs, very confident that Aahil can never love anyone, even if he does she can make him break it.

image

Please ! This woman doesn't know squat about Aahil. What is she laughing on and on like a witch, deciding what Aahil is to do with his own life? ARgh... I'm so pissed right now...

Meanwhile, Haya pretends to sleep as Faiz makes a move on her. I felt like cringing just watching it, that's how effective Surbhi C.'s acting was. She shot out of bed angrily, facing a frustrated Faiz. Ever since we got married I get the feeling only your body is here, your heart is elsewhere. TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? I'll do anything to help you! She refuses to say anything and he leaves in a huff, into the skulking aunty who has nothing better to do with herself.

image

Yuck, that was awful. I wish Haya would just say what the problem is and get herself out of there.

What's worse in what happens in Aahil's house. Aahil plans to send Rehan away to work on a project for the company. He tells a resistant Tanveer of his plans, giving an ultimatum; either he goes or I will.

Tanveer needs him to sign the papers coming the next morning. So she talks an already packed Rehan to go temporarily. He was coming to say his goodbyes. He vows to leave them all for good.

image

Good for you Rehan! Get out of the shadows your mother has stuck you in. Go make a decent living on your own. I was so proud of him!!

Tanveer vows, You'll see Rehan, I'll make everything better. You just watch me kick Aahil and his family out of this house.

image

She wants ALL OF IT !!! She's gonna kick Aahil out !! Words can't describe my disgust at this woman. Nothing can redeem this character, really. Unredeemable.

I'm opting not to talk about that awful woman intent on torturing Haya.

Rehan leaves the house very emotionally. He comes face to face with Aahil, who feels bad at the dejection in his face. He walks to the entrance, catches a last glance at Sanam, Khuda hafiz Sanam... and leaves.

Precap: Tanveer forces Aahil to sign the will papers with his painful hand. Aahil is in a lot of pain, and Sanam can't stand watching it. After continual forcing of Aahil, Sanam cries out Stop Begum Sahiba! and rushes to Aahil's side...

woohoo ! Sanam fights Tanveer for Aahil !! Best 3 seconds of the episode !!

A very heavy negative drama episode today. Ugh.

Lovely post.
All the negative characters got their screen presence - Razia, Tanveer, Phoophi.
Rehaan by getting out of this mess, escaped being included in teh above list. And he should've done that on the day of mrg. He is indebted to Begum Sahiba for what - abandoning him, then adopting him, making him a servant, weaving golden dreams and not even giving him the right to call her Ammi...

He needs to go out, meet some real people, see the world and basically get out of his ammi's clutches.

Well, Tanveer is actually truly blind, literally and metaphorically. She can't SEE that all Rehan wants is Sanam. No amount of money can make him happy and he is leaving, not because of the wealth that eludes him but the woman.
Ahil is stuck in an abyss- He can't escape his feelings and yet he has to face them everyday. He can't escape the guilt and yet he is angry with the object of his guilt, so much so that, he has had to physically remove this (LARGER THAN LIFE) object of his guilt- only to further drown in the deepest guilt that may plague his soul for long- Only the knowledge that the other person is at peace will save him from drowning completely.

Razia is a tiger waiting to pounce. Slowly, stealthily, without notice. Tanveer will neither have time to react nor be able to salvage what she has.

Sanam- I think it is impossible to not have feelings or empathy for a person who has stood by you in good times and bad. I'd like to point out that love has many colours and shades. Being romantically and passionately in love is just one of its shades- albeit bright and light. Feeling empathy and love for a GOOD friend and well wisher is natural, being deeply involved and affected by this person is natural too. It is humane and another shade of love- lighter and calmer in its hue, pleasing in appearance and peaceful. It would be an utter shame if Sanam is shown to have little feeling for Rehan because a section of the audience is insecure and not very well acquainted with this shade- the truth of the matter is that he has stood by her and been her confidante. For Sanam not to miss his presence would be unnatural. After a while, even a dog, would grow on a person and you can miss the animal if it goes away!

Anisa! I swear your name has such a good ring to it!

Today the antagonists were partying in Qubool Hai. 😆

I had this huge smirk when Tanveer was saying that Aahil is not capable of falling in love and laughing her witch laughter. I was like YOU REALLY ARE BLIND LADY. Little does she know that he has fallen so deep into the well of love, it is impossible for him to come out now. 😆

Rehaan left. Good decision. He needs some time out to reflect. Contemplate about the mess his life is in all thanks to his Ammi. He is either gonna return more grey or a completely black character which I personally want. I think it's about time that QH gets a hot and sexy male villain. I have had enough of the annoying vamps and their saazishes. I think a good looking male villain will do QH good and Gul can just use Shehzaad, so she doesn't have to hire another actor. I also think this will allow Shehzaad to explore a different character and their nuances. It will also allow him to improve as an actor.

I see lots of people posting on the forum expressing their dislike for the Rehaan hatred. Where is the hatred people? I think people are just expressing their dislike for Rehaan because of the fact that he is concealing his mom's backstabbing plan and her intentions from Aahil. Should we feel sorry for him for that as well? If he really has so much love and respect for his Aahil bhai then why didn't he indirectly tell him about the will? He didn't have to even betray his mom for that. Just because he had a bad childhood and he lost his first love (which I find hard to believe and think it's just infatuation), we should overlook all his other faults and sympathise with him? And what kind of love, a one-sided love? He even had lots of chances to tell Sanam face to face that he loves her before SaHil marriage and get her answer but he lost those chances as well. He is a grey character at this point.

Aahil is not a jerk for telling him to stay away from his wife. Any husband would do that had he been in Aahil's place. In this case, Aahil knows that Rehaan loves Sanam so his response should be heightened. I am not justifying Aahil's douchebaggery in calling Rehaan his servant (but that is the truth anyway isn't it?), but merely stating that I understood where Aahil was coming from. Plus, he has treated Rehaan like his younger brother always. He only calls him his servant when he is in a fit of rage (which I don't think is right). He even gave Sanam up to Rehaan and moved out of their way when he found out about Rehaan's feelings for Sanam. Which maalik does that for their servant?

No one is putting down Rehaan to glorify the male lead and his misdeeds here.

Sorry for the rant but I had to address some issues that were irking me. ;) hope you don't mind, Anisa. :P

I love your usage of gifs...Aahil was right in warning and trying to separate what he preceives as a rival to his love.
Tunveer can only see the colour of money and is totally blind to what is happening in her own home.

Rehaan is right to leave as I was getting tired of all the poor me looks he was throwing whenever Aahil were around.

I totally agree that Rehaan is a grey character at the moment, he doesn't try to stop his mothers evil plan but just stands there passively listening...so therefore being complicit in his mothers plans...yet he bleats on about Aahils goodness and knows that Aahil worships Tannu but won't give his so called brother a heads up... Totally Grey.
Rehaan has to evolve into a dark character that will either turn against his mother or want revenge on Aahil for stealing his so called love...A dark Rehaan would be so sexy but at the moment he is just a door mat.
