Yeah I've seen it and so far it's the best way out of this divorce.i really hope and pray the cv's use something like this instead of Halala...

The thought of Halala makes me sick even if Aliya gets married without the intention still another talakh.

Marriage and divorce aren't games and should be taken seriously.

If Aliyah does halalah then she will have to consummate the marriage before returning to zain. What will happen to Zain Aliyah then. I hope they dnt do it this way
