Only reason is Kamla is god. So definitely she will only recognize her daughter. More over she is the lead. And mark my words, only She will be able to find out that Suhana is her Kalpi. Then she her special Kamla ka hamla to Suhana's uncle, forgetting that may be for his own selfish reasons he has saved a girl from very bad fate. If he had not done that, what would have happened to the girl with no Face and no Memory.

The answer is simple ma dear!!!

Vitthal is drinking too much tharra (local liquor) these days so his mind's a blur! Hence he cannot recognise Kalpi in Suhana!

As for Mr Diwan he is still celebrating his happiness that Suhana survived such a big accident that he really does not mind the changes in her behavior though he finds it wierd but little does Mr Diwan know that EMa creatives would have chipkaod his daughter's face onto Kalpi!!!!
