Ek Hasina Thi Written Update 21st August 2014

Dev stands perplexed as Sakshi approaches him. He wonders why she is calling him up inspite of being present in the same room. Sakshi says she was trying to contact someone else but accidently dialed his number.

Shaurya is clicking pictures of Durga while she smiles at him. After a while, Dayal and Durga decide to leave. Durga says good bye to Shaurya who only looks at her lustfully. Seeing both of them, Dev gets agitated and walks away. Kangana tells Durga that they must spend more time together and says that she will help Durga with wedding preparations. Durga recalls seeing Kangana & Dev together at the hotel. She decides to find out more about them. Raima apologizes to Sakshi and tells her that she'll help her keep Durga in limits.

Dev goes back to his room and is furious over the fact that Durga has feelings for Shaurya. He is even more frustrated with himself as he wonders why the whole thing is affecting him. Why does he feel like a part of him is slowly going away and he can't do anything about it. Dev decides to focus his attention on Payal's case. Suchitra tells Raj that finally there will be happiness in their lives and Shaurya is lucky to get a life partner like Durga.

Durga and Dayal thank the actor and requests Akash to make arrangements for his stay. Akash thinks that very soon Durga will become a part of the Goenka family thus increasing his hatred for that family. Akash agrees and leaves. Durga tells Dayal that Akash has been acting strangely ever since she got engaged to Shaurya. Suchitra says all would be even better if Sakshi leaves everything aside and accepts Durga willingly. Sakshi overhears their conversation and steps in telling Suchitra how she has accepted Durga will all her heart. Suchitra is delighted and starts talking about the wedding preparations. As Suchitra leaves, Sakshi grimaces how both the mother and son have too much of sweetness in them making it difficult to digest everything. She tells Raj to keep them away from her.

Dev's Dream: Durga is arranging the flowers and Dev walks in the room. Durga and Dev engage in a conversation as Dev says he feels that Nitya is with him and he is slowly falling in love with her.

Durga wakes up only to find her room decorated with flowers. Dayal walks in and tells her that Shaurya has brought all these bouquets for her. Durga picks up a rose and ends up hurting herself. She tells Dayal that Shaurya's gifts appear like thorns piercing her body. Right then, Shaurya calls her up and Durga answers the call. Shaurya asks her whether she liked the gifts. Durga says they're beautiful but Shaurya says nothing is more beautiful than her. Durga rolls her eyes at his cheesiness and tells him that she just woke up and will talk to him later. Shaurya agrees and after a while Durga tells Dayal to throw the flowers away.

Raima calls up Sakshi who is travelling somewhere. Raima tells Sakshi that she would be coming over to assist her with the marriage preparations but Sakshi tells her that she is on her way for some work. Raima decides to join Sakshi but she refuses saying that she will handle things herself. Raima wonders what Sakshi is planning.

Dev arrives at the hospital waiting for the doctor to leave. After a while, he manages to sneak inside and walks towards Dr.Sharma's room. A man follows him and Dev is stunned. The man questions him what he is doing here and blames him for ruining his food. Dev manages to escape and looks for Payal's file in doctor's room. After a thorough search, he finally gets the file and thinks that no one will stop him from finding the truth.

PRECAP: Kangana accidently collides with Dev who is carrying some files. The files fall off and Sakshi sees Payal's file.
