No seetha it wasn't more concern He wasn't even angry with Ganga He was angry at Gauri He only asked Ganga where she was and also told her no need to apologize i can understand you cannot do such carelessness Carelessness was from Gauri who is not a doodh peti bachi and a doctor herself still she needs to be reminded she needs to be careful
