I've watched this show from first epi but I'm confused as to why roshnis chachus and chachi live with her mum (and the fact DD is still with her own mum). No mother in law DD? Husband, dead or did he leave them?

I think so too, I think he left all of his famly, and DD sorted the mess out thats why shes really strict and all that.

I think DD left his husband and Roshni's chachus are living with DD coz she supports them financially.
