SS Mumbai trip - updated all 8 parts

This is my first short story. It will be divided in to few parts. I will continue soon. Hope you all like it

part 1

Raman has some important client meetings in Mumbai and he needs to be there for a week. He is in two minds as he can't stay without ishita. He has a flat in Mumbai and a care taker too who used to cook and take care of the house when he was in Mumbai and also now. Raman somehow wants ishita to accompany him and he wants to spend sometime alone with her to understand what she feels for him as he has already realised his feelings for her. So he comes home and announces to everyone that he is going Mumbai the next day for a week. Ishita's face turns pale as she also can't stay without seeing him and one week would have been difficult for her. Mrs bhalla notices this change of expressions in ishita's face and tells Raman to take ishita along. But he says no need he will manage though the care taker has gone on leave.( Raman called care taker before coming home and gave him leave for a week do that ishita could join him). Actually he wants her to come but being typical Ravan Kumar he does not want yo ask her directly. Mrs bhalla will say that since the care taker is also not there it would be difficult for him yo manage food and other things so ishita should go. Though ishita wants to go after hearing Raman saying no she says to everyone that ruhi cannot stay without her and she also. Plus she needs to start going to the clinic . Raman is disappointed. Mr bhalla interferes and tells her that she has never seen his flat in Mumbai and it will also be good for two of them to spend time with each other so she should go. They will manage ruhi and since after the license fiasco she has been on break with her work so she can extend by one more week. Then she finally agrees and Raman and ishita are happy inside . They also share a brief eye lock.

They go the room after dinner and ishita asks him what time is the flight. Raman would have booked tickets by then. He says it is tomorrow evening at 8 pm and asks her to be ready on time. She starts packing her bag. He looks at her packing her sarees and he stops her and taunts and tells that he does not want any thaan there. Mumbai is a happening place and she can't come in saree there. He asks her to shop some western outfits the next day and tells her to take mihika along as he knows that ishita's taste is bad and mihika will be the best person to help her. Ishita gets irritated and makes a face and says " fine " in the most sarcastic way. He turns back goes to the bed to sleep but has a slight smile on his face. Ishita as usual takes the pillow and quilt and goes to the couch to sleep. He keeps looking at her with a smile and doses away in to sleep. Next day ishita does go for shopping and pick up some jeans , skirts, gowns as she wants to show Raman that she can also dare wearing western outfits. She has done all the packing and got ready. She is wearing a royal blue anarkali and looks stunning. Raman comes home to pick her up and his jaw drops looking at her. Ishita feels guilty leaving ruhi behind but mrs bhalla and mrs iyer assure her. Ruhi also happily says bye to both of them. Finally both leave to the airport
