If Durga has to destroy the evil trio she has to ensure there is infighting which according to me can only be achieved by turning Dev's anger towards Shaurya. Shaurya's anger at Dev is of no use as Dev just forgives and forgets as the elder brother. But reverse if it happens then it is destruction.

But before she gets into the inside ring she has to destroy all the outer peripherals. Then Shaurya's friends and finally the evil trio.

Payal and Dev are Durga's weakness. First one Sakshi has got hint of. Currently as per Sakshi Dev is not anywhere in the picture as far as Durga goes. This is also one aspect that can turn the tables in favour of Durga.
