[Veerakhdi put n the ring..?]"Veera blinked at her Veerji's voice,and slowly moved her shaky hand forwards to take his outstretched hand..
She felt strange to be getting engaged like this to man..
To this stranger..
She felt tear prick at the back of her eyes,at the thought that she was going to be tied to this man for life now..
She had given in to her brother's insistence to get married,and now she was doing just that.
And now,soon,she would have to be tied to this man forever..
Her heart squeezed painfully at the man one last time,and as his eyes met hers,a warm blush ran along her cheeks..
She looked down hoping no one saw her giveaway look,but not before she saw that slight curve at the corner of his lips,that gave clear sign of his smile..
Her heart raced fast,as she licked at her lips,and winced a little..They were still swollen from his kisses..
She was glad that no one had really gotten there reason behind getting late..No one,and especially her Veerji was too drowned in his joy for her,that he had never noticed how swollen Veera's lips were,or that her hair was now tied oddly with a piece of thread now,or that there were fresh scratch marks on Baldev's neck then..Even the fact that the front of his brand new kurta was now barely tied up with a safety pin,had thankfully gone unnoticed..
Or had it..?She remembered the knowing smile and twinkle in her Gunajn bhabhi's face,as she looked both of them over when they had finally come to join their own engagement party,after countless calls from their family members,and how she had flushed at that..
"Veerakhdi..?"Her brother urged her again,and Veera inhaled a long breath and moved her hand forward to put on the ring on his finger..
The moment she did,she could feel a strong tug at her heart,as she looked up into the stranger's eyes..
Stranger because,this was not the same man who used to tease her endlessly,used to make her suffer or make a clown of things just to make her only..He was now a matured responsible man now..A man who meant business,and this time SHE was HIS BUSINESS..That thought nearly made the tears come in her eyes again,as her heart squeezed painfully..
Veera looked away from his beautiful eyes,and tried to hide the unwanted tears..
God!She had never cried so much in her life..!She had turned into a complete cry baby..!She realized with a startled smile,when she felt a pull at her hand,and she looked down at his hands holding hers..
Veera did not know why the simple act of merely holding her hand awed her so much,but she just kept looking at the way his fingers gently opened her hand,and carefully spread them as he pulled it closer to himself.
"Veera.."His husky soft voice only seemed audible to her.
That subtle sweetness and magical pull in it,that captivated her before,when she had been fighting her growing awareness of him,still captivated her now,as she prepared to tie herself to him forever,and she was confident would be captivating her in her entire life long..
And at that moment,Veera once again gave in to that subtle yet evident urging in his voice,as she looked into those chocolate brown pools of desire,longing and love..She hitched in a sharp breath as she did so,overwhelmed by the love and tenderness she could read in them..
He took a very slight step,and came a bit closer to her..It was so subtle that no one really noticed that he had actually moved closer except Veer herself,once again.
His dark eyes,darkened further as he studied her glowing features,and then very meaningfully he looked at her soft swollen rosy lips,and caressed them with his eyes,while his fingers twined with hers and pressed her palm softly..
Veera felt hot and breathless at the slight act,as if he was..As he went on looking at her lips,and its each and every swollen contour,making her heart flutter crazily,and her lungs hyperventilating,Veera realized he was actually kissing her..!With his eyes,he was doing what he yearned to do right then,and would have done so,if their mutual family members and other guests were not present at that moment..
She realized she was right in her assumption,when he finally looked back into her eyes,and very delicately and meaningfully licked at his bottom lip,which made Veera nearly gasp out loud at the sensuality of it..
It was a kiss..!And he wanted her to know it..!
Veera felt hot,happy and flustered all at the same time,as he slowly pulled her ring finger towards himself..
And as he placed the tiny multiple diamond studded ring on her hand,which was their family heirloom,she was not aware of anything but a warm cloak of protectiveness and happiness settle over her..
The crowd around them clapped and her Veerji smiled at her with loving teary eyes,but Veera was lost in the beautiful dark eyes of the man who was her world now..
Lost were the crowd,lost were the huge sound of their clapping..Lost was everything but him,and his warm male hand,still holding onto hers,and his fingers,as they tightly entwined with hers..Holding her in its reassuring and possessive grasp..
And as people around them walked forward to congratulate them,Veera let the warmth seep in through her system,from the reassuring grasp of his hand..
She looked once at her Veerji,who was passing loved happy looks to her and then mingling with guests,and then she looked at the man who had still her fingers entwined with his,in his firm grasp,as he talked with guests and relatives too,and Veera felt her heart overflowing with love for the two men that mattered more than anything in her life..
Her Veerji had rightfully handed her over to the right man,and now her man had taken over in protecting her..
Veerji's Veerakhdi had grown up,and become Sher's sherni finally..Veerakhdi had grown p to become Baldev's Veerakhdi too now..The Pritampura's Sher's Sherni..
The thought had not crossed her mind,when Baldev suddenly looked at her,and gave her a warm smile,and squeezed at her hand,as if he could read her thoughts..
Veera again had those stupid emotional teats pricking at the back of her eyes again,when suddenly she saw the darkening in his eyes,as he again looked down at her lips,and caressed them with his eyes..
This time his thumbs seductively brushed against her palm,making her hot and breathless all over,making her stomach muscles tighten with need..
By the time he looked up back into her eyes,Veera already knew she had been kissed again,and this time more thoroughly..!And she was already a mere puddle of raw desire right then..
Was it any wonder,when the were both distracted,and made to mingle with the crowd separately,her eyes always looked for him,and she felt terribly lonely and left alone..
But as everything did,the party had to be over,and he had to leave,with his family..And Veera looked at their departure with a mournful look that even her polite smile could not hide..
Veera was walking towards the staircase,when suddenly someone pulled her from behind,and gave her a tight back hug..
As her heart fluttered she knew who it was,even before he spoke out..
"Kudiye..Zyaada dukhi maat ho..Sirf chaar din..Uske baad main le jaunga tainu urake yaha se..Laal chunari urake,kaha tha na maine..Mera intezaar karna maat bhulna tab tak..
[Girl..Don't be so sad..Only four days..After that I'll take you away from here..My making you wear a red veil,hadn't I told you..Don't forget to wait for me,till then..]"He whispered huskily,and placed a very wet,and very sexy kiss on her neck,and was gone just like he had come..
Leaving Veera breathless and yearning for more..
Veera was lost as she combed her hair,wearing a red top,and black slacks..Lost in her hot and sweet memories..
She could not believe she had become so daring with him..
What gets into her everytime she gets close to that guy..?
Why was she so..

Veera moved her body closer to his,demanding once again to be loved..
"Ki hua..?Nai karega mainu pyaar..?Daar gaya ki..?
[What happened..?Won't you love me..?You got scared did you..?]"She whispered challengingly,deliberately making him feel every inch of her soft body..
Her finger caressed his one bearded cheek,and caressed his full lip seductively,and seeing him only squeeze at her waist and otherwise stay unmoving,she was about to step back,with a knowing smile..
That was when he roughly pushed her against a wall,and trapped her hands against the wall beside her head..
As Veera stared wide eyed into his face,she noticed the sure darkening in his features,as he looked at her with raw hunger,and Veera's insides were already on fire as she tried unsuccessfully to act calm..
"Sher daarta nai hai oye..!Daarata hai..Bhul gaya ki..?Yaad dila du tainu..?
[Sher does not get scared..!He scares others..Did you forget..?Should I remind you..?]"He whispered huskily,looking into her eyes with fire in his dark ones..
Even though Veera felt her heart was about to burst any time,she was of course not the one to step back from a challenge..And especially not one from Baldev-Her Sher..Even the thought of it warmed her up afresh..
She deliberately looked down at his chiseled male lips and then into his eyes..
"Sher baatein hi karda hai..?Ya kaam bhi..?
[Does Sher only talks.."?Or does he work too..?]"She challenged softly..
Her deliberate challenging words were followed by a few seconds of utter silence..
A few seconds while her deliberately seductive and double meaning words sank in,and the tension and sizzle in the air round them increased..
And then his mouth swooped down on hers,and his hot warm lips kissed her to insensibility..
Veera lost herself ,as he pushed her hands roughly against the wall,while his lips and tongue went on marauding hers..Sucking and licking at her soft lips,until they tingled with the fire that coursed them..
His hardened body pushed hard against her soft stomach,making her keep yearning for more,and he went on giving her more and more and more..
She moaned out his name against his lips,and he nibbled at her soft swollen bottom lip,she pushed herself against him,and he deliberately let her feel how hard he had become for her..
The kiss got wilder and wilder,and finally when Veera managed to set her one hand free from his hold,and her hand moved to touch the exposed crisply hair covered skin of his chest through the parting she had widened when the buttons had popped out,as she had pulled him by the forest-the kiss became wilder..
He groaned out against her lips,and kissed her hungrier than ever,as his hot tongue tasted and sucked and licked at her sweetness,and Veera kissed him back unable to stop..
Until her phone ringing broke them apart..
And still wild and shattered from the heat and sensuality,they both were about to start kissing again,when the phone ringing yet again reminded them of their engagement party,and dragged them back forcefully to face the real world,much to their mutual frustrations..

Veera flushed red,as the memories of that moment played in her mind,lost in thoughts of what he was doing at that moment..
She picked up her phone trying to call him,when she remembered she did not have his new number..!
How was she going to call him..?
Should she go and ask her Gunjan bhabhi for it..?
She checked the clock..It was midnight now,what would she tell if she did that..!
And she was sure be teased to death for asking for his number,and that also so late at night..!What was she to do..?!
And she could not even sleep,if she did not hear him atleast once..!What should her do?!
That was when she thought of the new daring idea..!She did not care if it was proper or improper,as long as she got to see him..!
She was just getting ready to step out of her window,as taking the way out though the door,she might be caught by her family member or some wedding guest,when she bumped into a dark shadow who had just jumped in..
"OUCH!"She exclaimed out as she fell to the floor,and with a muttered curse the shadow tripped and fell on top of her too..
Out of breath,she looked stunned at the shadow,who had now raised himself a bit to look at her..
What was he doing here,at this time of night..?!
