I thought exactly the same thing when I saw her. Else why would an anjaan female just feel for someone else's child. She can't be another Ishita anyway.

I also having same feeling that Poornima Prakash is Shagun-Mihir mother, in the novel custody there is a character Mrs. Sabarbal, who is Shagun-Mihir mother.The scene giving hint of this aspect as she already well aware of Ruhi.
