This poornima prakash might be shagun s mom...what say? she knew ruhi s name before hand...maybe she s introduced since mihir s wedding nearing...and guess s shagun and mihir r siblings

I too feel that she is SHagun's mom...She is am important character in the book and Raman respects her. She too loves Raman like her son!

may be she will come for Mihir's wedding...
