Ishita has custody of Ruhi, no one can take her anywhere without Ishita's permission.

Even with all the romance , this still is a custody story. nd the court has given Ruhi's custody to Raman only because of Ishita. So , nope, Poornima cannot legally take her away.Secondly, If she is Shagun's mom, obviously Raman knows her. Poornima knows Ramn and Shagun are divorced. So where was she all these years? Where was she when her airhead daughter left a baby to elope with her bf? Was she hatching eggs? And now all of a sudden, all this Ruhi wala pyar... it sounds absurd. So, no .. Raman will not listen to her. Neither will Ruhi.
