She might be Shagun's mom coz in the book Cutody Shagun's mom is an important character even more imp than Ishu's mom or Raman's mom. In the past Raman loved and cared for her even more than Shagun ever did. But when she came to know of her illicit affair she hid it from Raman and sided with her daughter. Raman tried to be polite but his behaviour towards her becmae cold as time passed and she remained unattached to him even after knowing what he went through. She cared for her daughter's life and grand parents only.

In the show it will be interesting to see coz there is Mihir also. I bet she is negative or rather grey-shaded if she is Shagun's mom or else why would Mihir leave her??
