SidNi OS ~ Jab We Met

Hey-ya everybody! Me here with an OS, the first ever OS of this Forums😆😳 on the newest adorable couple in town, SidNi! Read and enjoy, I hope you like it!

"Haawww..." shrieked Sid.

"What haawww?" shrugged his Dad.

"Aapne mujhse bina pooche mera luggage check kiya? There's a thing called, "Privacy"..Dad!" whined Sid.

"Kya bachon ki tarah batein kar raha hai! Aaj tak tere bags mein se kuch aisa mila hai jo private ho? Mere matlab ka toh kuch nahi thha usme! Huh!! And you talk about privacy!" chided Sid's Dad.

Sid smiled at his father and his father's childishness, "Hoga bhi kaise? Kyonki jo cheez aapko chahiye, woh toh mere paas hai!" Sid grinned and took out a chocolate bar from the back pocket of his jeans.

"Yeh rahi aapki choco..." Sid was shushed interrupted by his Dad.

Sid's Dad grinned widely seeing the chocolate in his son's hand. He was about to take it when something else caught his attention. Something metallic silver, something shinning...something girly.

Sid's grin turned into a frown as he saw his father looking intently at his hand but not at the chocolate. It was something else that had his father's attention hooked to it.

"Kya hua Dad, what are you staring at?" asked Sid.

Sid's father smirked and raising his brows he said, "Uss ladki ne sirf lift di thhi yah kuch aurr..."

Sid frowned smiled and looked at what his father was staring at, there, there was a thin metallic silver colored bracelet that somehow got tangled with the cufflinks of his shirt. Carefully, he untangled the bracelet and looked at it, trying to remember from where did that came from.

"Yeh..." muttered Sid's dad, wriggling his eyebrows suggestively.

"Yeh.." muttered Sid, and tried hard to remember whose bracelet is that. He closed his eyes and tried again. Just then a pretty face across his mind. Pretty face of a beautiful girl, with a hurt expression on her face. Face of the girl, he had brought a cute sa, confused sa but content expression on. The birthday girl.

"Arre yeh toh.."

"Haan? Kya yeh toh?"

"Dad.." Sid smiled and sat on the sofa seat. Sitting beside him, his Dad asked, "Ab bata bhi de!"

"Actually Dad, I saw her at airport..." again his father interrupted him.

"Lo, karlo baat!" he huffed, "Logon ki kahaniyaan airport par khatam hoti hai aurr teri kahaani airport se shuru hui hai! Wah beta!"

"Dad, yeh meri kahaani nahi hai, OK." Sid shhok his head and continued, "She looked really hurt and tensed as well, pata chala ki uska birthday hai and jiske wish karne ka intezaar thha usse, that person didn't wished her I guess. Bohot close hoga koi, tabhi itni udaas thhi and aap toh jaante hi hain ki main..."

"..ki tu kissi ko udaas nahi dekh sakta. You want to make everybody happy. So kya kiya tunne?" Sid's Dad asked, completing the sentence for him.

Leaning back on the sofa, Sid smiled and told his Dad, "Karna kya thha, usse, ussi ki car mein idhar udhar ghumaya, candy floss dekar wish kar diya bas! Yeh bracelet shayad tab mere cufflinks ke saath atak gaya hoga jab woh daant rahi thhi mujhe!" he cuckled.

"Bohot ho gayi baatein, ab chaliye aap dono! Dinner is ready.." called Sid's Mom.

"Aurr haan, yeh chocolate dijiye mujhe!" Sid's Mom said, stretching out her hand towards Sid's Dad, her husband.

"Kya..? Kyon...? I mean kaunsi chocolate?" stuttered Sid's Dad.

"Wahi jo Sid aapke liye laaya hai aurr jo aapke coat ki pocket mein hai!" she smiled and took the chocolate out of the pocket of her husband's coat.

Sid's Dad cursed, his mother smirked walking away while Sid tried hard, very hard to stifle his erupting laughter.

On the other hand Roshini was sitting quietly on her bed, unpacking her gifts that she got from her family members, the orphanage children and DD, not her Mom though, just DD.

"Exclusive wrist watch from Tiffany, aaahh gifts from DD.." sighed Roshini.

"Ana..Anaaa..." she yelled.

"Yes my child!" asked Ana, Roshini's caretaker.

"Ana, yeh gifts bhi wahin rakh do jahan DD ke diye hue purane gifts pade hain." Roshini smiled forcibly.

Ana sighed, picked those gifts and was about to walk away when she asked, "Roshini, why don't you use these gifts? Ever?"

"Ana! Jis din meri Mom mujhe koi gift dengi na, I'll use that, not these. These gifts are from DD not my Mom." Both of them smiled at each other and Ana left.

After Ana left, Roshini turned back to unpacking her gifts and lovingly caressed the small bunch of flowers gifted to her by the children of the orphanage. She was about to put those flowers in the mini flower pot placed on her side table, but something else caught her attention. Something sweet, something pink, something like candy floss.

"Yeh, yahaan.." thought Roshini remembering about the incident with Mr. Stranger today. Unknowingly he made her day. She was sad when her Mom didn't wish her but that Mr. Stranger, his act didn't made the whole pain vanish but it decreased her pain to some extent. He made her smile but confused too. Why would a stranger be bothered for her happiness?

Thinking about the day's events, Roshini didn't realize as to when she slept peacefully.

The Very Next Day

Roshini reached the orphanage and saw that all the children were crying. "Kya hua, tum sab ro kyon rahe ho?" she asked, worry in her tone.

"Didi woh.." Lily sobbed.

"Hua kya?" asked Roshini. She felt someone tugging her hand and when she turned she saw Fatka holding a piece of paper that somewhat looked like a legal notice.

"Yeh.." Roshini took that paper from Fatka and started reading it. At the end her worried expression had turned into a fiercely angry one.

"How the hell you dared Siddharth Khurana!" she muttered angrily, "Isski toh main.." That notice stated that the children have to vacate the orphanage as Hotelier Siddharth Khurana wants to build a Hotel at around this place.

"Suno tum log, yeh hamaara ghar hai OK, humme yahan se koi nahi nikaal sakta, yeh Siddharth Khurana bhi nahi! Main kuch karti hoon, tum log chinta mat karo!" she consoled all the children. Taking out her cell phone, she dialled a number and called someone.

"Hey, I want to meet Mr. Siddharth Khurana, can you please fix an appointment for that?"

"I am Roshini Patel, DD's daughter, I hope you won't need any more information."

"Thanks, OK. I'll be there in an 10 minutes. Thanks once again."

"Bachha log! I am going to meet this Khurana, OK. Kuch nahi hoga, I promise." She bid the children goodbye and raced her car towards Khurana office.

"Samajhte kya ho, tum khud ko?" Roshini angrily muttered, entering Sid's office.

Sid twirled his chair and saw Roshini glaring at him...

"Tum!" they both said in unison.

"How dare you! Aisa kaise kar sakte ho tum?" Roshini yelled walking forward, towards Sid, while Sid started backing away.

"Maine kya kiya? Agar aap kal ki baat par gussa hain, then I am soory main toh bas.." Sid fumbled, slightly afrain of the angry young woman in front of him.

"I am here to talk about this! Why the hell are you doing this. Un chotte chotte bachon ka khayal nahi aaya tumhe?" Roshini moved more forward.

"Bachhe? Kiske bacche?" Sid's eyes widened and he continued backing away.

"Mere bachhe!" she yelled.

"Aapke bacche?" he yelled back as he hit the wall.

Roshini fumbled, stepped back and said, "uumm..woh..orphanage ke bacche!"

"Orphanage?" the environment turned into a serious one. "Let me see this..." He took the notice from Roshini's hand and read it all. Sooner enough his expressions turned into an angry one too.

"Mr. Gupta, in my cabin. Abhi!" he ordered and Roshini saw a business man avatar of her Mr. Stranger, Siddhart Khurana.

Soon Mr. Gupta came and Sid asked him about the notice. It turned out that even after Sid's warning as to no harm should be caused to the inmates of that area, Mr. Gupta had still sent a notice like that to the orphanage. Mr. Gupta said sorry to both Sid and Roshini and soon the misunderstanding cleared.

"I am sorry Mr. Khurana, woh actually..I.." Roshini fumbled.

"It's Okay, Miss Patel!" he smiled

"Roshini, you can call me Roshini."

"Toh aapko bhi mujhe Sid bulana hoga. Mr. Khurana sound old!" he chuckled.

"And don't worry Roshini, no harm will happen to the orphanage. I assure you that."

"Thanks." She smiled and walked out of Sid's cabin.

Sid sighed and sat of his chair, muttering, "Hhhmmm..Roshini, achhi ladki hai!" he smiled. But his smile turned into a frown when he remembered that he still hasn't given Roshini her bracelet back. He couldn't give her now because he didn't have it with him, the bracelet was securely resting inside the drawer of his wardrobe at his home. Wonderful.

"Ah-oh...Lagta hai Miss Roshini Patel, aapse ek baar phhir se milna hi padega. Aapki ek amanat jo mere paas hai!" he smiled and got himself busied with the office files again.

This is were the OS ends but it's a new beginning for Siddharth and Roshini!

Res 😊
Unres, finally.

Simply put. I loved it. It was short, sweet, and simple. A perfect OS for the beginning days of the show. The name suits it perfectly too. I have to say, hats off to you for penning something so beautiful at the beginning of the show.

Personally speaking, I would've loved to see something like this happen in the show. To see some reflecting from both Roshni and Siddharth on their first meeting. But considering what happened and how the first meet happened, I can understand why it didn't happen. Although really looking forward to seeing the romance unfold.

Amazing job once again, Megha I'm assuming!

👏👏👏👏

Keep up the good work!
