Roshni has been deprived from her mothers love from a very young age and all she has yearned for is her love only, no expensive gifts or money ,nothing materialistic can fix her wounds that have been dug rather so deeply inside of her.
She does anything and everything she can possibly do to get that bit of her moms attention, that motherly attention every kid love no matter what and how old you are. today she pretended to be drunk, drunk so her mother would be a mother and yell at her, even though Didi, i think thats what Roshni calls her 😕, was more concerned of getting away from the smell of whine than anything else, yet Roshni took the slap as love.
Can you really blame her for just wanting love?
But than again, shouldnt she appreciate all that her mother has done for her? she did it for her daughter so her daughter can have a better future. Roshnis mother is also correct in when she says that i did it for you but she is also wrong when she yells and tells her daughter to be aritificial like her.
What kills Roshni is that she has everything but her mother? And is her mother really to be blamed? She became so cold for she chose to give herself up and get a luxury life for her daughter.
Somewhere both of them are wrong and right.
