Ishita clearly told him what to do and what not and completed surgery also correcty.

He will get his a## kicked .

Raman can show proof of his own paid bill which he is paying for his hard meals which Ishita told him to avoid.

Then professionally with Raman .It would be joke if some one comes suddenly and challenge Raman in his own field which he is leading all over gaining media support and being president of Ent.Assosiation.

I dont know whether to laugh or pity.for a person to not knowing who is the top contender for buisness empire in that area.When Raman himself told his name clearly as Raman Kumar Bhalla.

I think this Sooraj Kumar's stay will be temporary. He'll try to ruin Ishita's professional career and Raman will be there to protect her. This will bring IshRa closer.

i don't think suraj is going to be a idiot and pervert like his freak brother ashok...he is grey shade character...i don't think he is a full-time villain

i could relate Suraj Kumar to the character of Rajat Kapur of Bade Achche Lagte Hain...he will be in love with ishu just like rajat was in love with priya but that unspoken love is only limited to himself...he will have a great respect for Ishu and her married relationship...

the only difference is that rajat is shown as ram's friend...and here raman-suraj are sworn enemies

If anything happens to either Raman or ishu, one will stand up and support the other

They will pass the phase toghether fighting and all and this will make them more close and make their bond even more stronger

Yeah u are right as if villains were less Jo ek aur agaya. And regarding raman assisting I saw him pretty much standing away from the patient. All he did was to handover stuff. So I don't think that should be the problem.
