Even if aliya is not pregnant and is having her Time Of the Month then this divorce wont be considered,they didnt show aliya praying or anything so this might be true,

If she is going thru this situation then this divorce will have null effect

Yeah I read this somewhere but having a period means that you're not pregnant so how would that make the divorce void?

it is nullified either when a lady is having periods or either she is pregnant.it has to do something with purity n all
