Kareena Kapoor Khan losing out endorsements & covers to Alia Bhatt

We know that Kareena Kapoor Khan is Alia Bhatt's role model. That is perhaps why the B-town youngster, who has seen much success in a short span of time, is literally following the footsteps of her idol.

Buzz is that Philips has shifted its marketing budget from Kareena to Alia by appointing Alia as its new brand ambassador, alongside her '2 States' co-star, Arjun Kapoor.

It is also interesting to note that Alia has featured on more magazine covers this year when compared to Bebo.

While Alia Bhatt's 2014 covers range from: Vogue, The Man, Cosmopolitan, Cine Blitz, India Today, Bridal Mantra, Harper's Bazaar Bride, Elle, to Filmfare, among others, Bebo's covers are the likes of Vogue, More Mag, Paperazzi, Wedding Vows, etc.

Well, does that make you wonder if Alia is indeed taking Kareena Kapoor's place in B-town, or is it too early to say?

However, Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set to walk the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2014 ramp as a showstopper for designer Manish Malhotra. Apparently, the Lakme team has replaced the usual, longstanding makeup and hair team with make-up artist Daniel Bauer, to get a special, dazzling look ready for Bebo.
