1. When a husband is extremely angry and utter such words.during anger he is actually not in real state of mind
2.When a husband have drunk and he utter such words
3.when a wife is already pregnant

So conclusion is Aliya may believe they r divorced now..but in actual they r not..plus let's see how cbs shape up such thing
Secondly there r different sayings regarding divorce some believe it happens some believe its not...to avoid such deep conflicts its best way to Show Aliya being pregnant or else it can go in deep controversies
