After going through the transformation in Jassi Jaisi koi nahi, Mona Singh is all set to give a makeover to everyone in her reality show, Extreme Makeover, which will have 13 selected individuals who will end up with a complete makeover. Yeah we heard that one before, but it has been more than six months and nothing seems to be ready. Ask Mona about it and she coolly replies, "Yes there has been a delay since we need to resurrect lives of people who have facial disfigurement through reconstructive and cosmetic, even dental and eye surgeries. That requires time. The physical and emotional aspects are to be considered too. When we started shooting we thought we could air it in March but later shifted it to April-May. Now it seems it will be in August-September." We guess such a process takes time and one can't rush through a medical process, which explains why she is keeping herself busy by doing music videos. But there is one person who is glad the programme is delayed. Harshit Mudgal has won the opportunity to do a video album with Mona. When asked about his experience of working with Mona, he says, "It was great working with her. She was quite friendly and used to play with us." Even his mother Parveen was left enchanted by Mona's amiable behaviour on the sets. Deccan Chronicle |
