Kick Records Extraordinary Thursday For A Huge First Week Total

Kick recorded another big day on Thursday as collections look set to be 14 crore nett with a possibility of even hitting 15 crore nett. The film is in overdrive and it could turn out to be that lowest weekday for the film is Monday.

The film is heading for a 155 crore nett plus first week which is simply outstanding as four of the first seven days were pre Eid. There could even be a couple of circuits of which set a new record for first week collections.

Kick has been unstoppable in UP over the last two days and it was no different on Thursday as single screens remained house full for the third day in a row. The film has put up a number on Thursday (day 7) which hardly any films have put on Monday. In fact only 15 odd films have collected a similar or higher amount on day one.

Wow! Thats great! Now there is a chance that it will beat D3. 130cr more is possible in lifetime.

Almost 81 Cr Kick did in 1st Weekend & 74 it did in rest Week... This is just EPIC... now it is very clear that if KICK would have landed on EID DAY 1, it would have done almost 170+ business till now...

Now no new film today, so Kick will have another rocking week... Let's Hope by Weekend it should cross CE... & in coming Weeks it might cross D3... Chase is Still on.

20+ on Friday, Sat, Sunday and 10+ on weekdays for whole of next week should add on another 100cr. After that another 20-30 cr it can manage despite releases if trending is good.

Even if Kick score 70-80 Cr 2nd week, still it has 3rd / 4th Week to cross last 40 cr i.e. 261 cr of D3... Even in 4th week... from 15th Aug - 18 Aug it will be 3 holidays plus 1 saturday. There will be 3 big films... Kick, Entertainment, Singham Returns... still holidays will benefit to some extent to Kick for sure.

Kick has made almost Equal or double the business from EID Day, wish they cud have landed it on EID, then D3 kya 300 cr pakka tha.

300cr would have been great as then bhai would have started the 300cr club. But still its bhai's chance now to have the biggest grosser in his name if things go well. Nahin toh once PK releases it will make 500cr. Phir se 4-5 years lagenge usse peetne mein.

Yup, now Kick's business will give Salman clear idea as not to bring film during Ramzaan, hope Bajrangi Bhaijaan is not released on Ramzaan same like Kick/ETT. By calender, Eid is falling on Friday, if all goes well, then Bajrangi Bhaijaan will cover for all records & will surely bring much bigger hit than Kick.

Even for Sultaan, i don't want any Ramzaan release, It always dent the business, woh baat alag hai Salman is the only one who will with Ramzaan opening make such huge numbers.
