Awaiting the verdict

The public has voted. The results are in. It is the moment of truth for the four contestants — Amit, Ankita, Padmanav and Suhit — on Indian Idol 3. Through the viewers' vote, one will be selected and the other will be the judges' choice. Sadly, it will be the end of the road for the other two. Like the contestants, viewers too will be waiting to hear the results, which will be announced tonight.
Last week, Amit, Ankita, Padmanav and Suhit were selected by the panel of judges for the Wild Card. They have put their best foot forward and their fate depends on public voting and its verdict. The Wild Card entry is their last chance to fame, fortune and moving closer to chasing the dream of being the nation's third Indian Idol. Their riyaz, perfect sur and choice of songs, along with all the matkas and jhatkas, will translate into viewers' votes which can save them and give them that coveted place in the Gala Round.
Once again, the viewers have the tough task of carefully watching and rating their electrifying performances, thus giving them a second chance to be a part of the top contenders. Two lucky Wild Cards will join the 11 shortlisted finalists for the title of Indian Idol 3. It's getting more exciting each week and the competition is getting tougher by the day.
The contestant who gets the highest votes from viewers will be back on the show. In an effort to ensure that a deserving contestant is not ousted from the show, the judges will select the second contestant who deserves to remain on the show.
Amongst the tears and the laughter, there is going to be excitement too. Three celebrity guests will make their presence felt along with the 13 finalists of Indian Idol. american idol wasnt live.. i read results on net..3 hrs before it aired..

True, but in some places it was aired live. Like New York time I think. Its stil better than II, which is recorded a couple days earlier, unlike AI which is only hours😳
