In the film, it's obvious she has the bigger role. It is a remake of a film in which the heroine had the bigger role too. But it is useless to blame Sonam for that. Fawad knew what he was getting into. If we have accepted that female roles in male-centric films are flowerpots, why does the opposite always get everyone's pants in a tizzy?

On his wiki page, I see that he has two Pakistani films under production?

I honestly feel Sonam shares great chemistry with all of her costars offscreen. I've always enjoyed her dynamics with every one of her male costars...and she seems really fond of Fawad.

I think in shows like KWK she comes in with the idea that this is a bitchy show so I shouldn't be diplomatic. Add the fact that she doesn't have much of a filter and definitely has issues communicating, it becomes a complete train-wreck...and maybe she thinks this is good publicity too so it works out. Who knows, but otherwise for anyone who has seen her film promotional interviews, it's obvious there's much more to her than she lets on...she's every bit the bitchy drama queen as she is the warm girl who hates compliments and is very much aware of her weaknesses...and like you said her costars all agree. I can't remember if it was Dhanush or Rai who said it but they had talked about how there's two Sonams and you have to make the effort to get to know the other one.

I had said the same thing on one of the threads few days back. Male flower pots any day in the chick flicks. I like laid back rom-com and nowadays in Bolly, it's a rare genre. So I am glad Sonam and Co are at least bringing them in the market for an audience like me. I had actually enjoyed Aisha and even if people think Abhay was sidelined, he was still very much there as the second tier of the love story. I felt he had enough of the role for the kinda movie it was. All in all, still don't understand the flak she gets cuz of FK. She in general gets bashed for whatever reason, but getting bashed for giving him an opportunity while making him comfortable sounds like a double edged sword to me.
