I dont think talaaq papers are prepared by them cos during that drunk fight scene even though shalam witnessed it they did not interfere in it saying "baat aur begad jayegi", so I dont think are foolish enough to prepare divorce papers and let alone aliya sign it... It is probably nafeesa plan or we have to wait until the story unfolds
