Gauhar not pregnant..!!!!

Sorry guys its not a spoiler but just my thought...😊

During all this commotion Gauhar as she is already in the hospital had a sonography done and guess what, the doctors found she is NOT pregnant, it is actually a tumour inside her womb and she needs surgery to remove and BANG problem solved. The main reason for Zain and Aaliya to fight is gone.. All happy during eid ...😛😛😛.. Ok the unani is still there.. That I am sure zaya can sort it out ..
