T he Red Team had to elim- inate a member for the third consecutive week. Though they lost more weight as a team, their percentage loss after a member was swapped was more than the Blue Team. So, Red Team's Priyanka Bhyana was evicted from Sahara One's Biggest Loser Jeetega. Red vs Blue On Priyanka's ouster, host Suniel Shetty says, "She should've been out earlier. The Red Team should put Sandeep (Sachdev) as the first mover and work on overcoming their nervousness against facing the Blue Team. I will motivate them this week. It's a mind game..they should get rid of their inferiority complex." About the Blue Team, he maintains, "They're getting too big for their boots and are over- confident. It's a matter of time when their muscles will stop reacting..then we'll see how they cope." New innings Shetty recalls his recent con- versation with Sahara One head, Seemanto Roy, who said to him: "Sahara is seeing a new innings with this show." Shetty adds, " The response is amazing. I wouldn't mind tak- ing a year off to be involved in this show since it has such a pos- itive impact on those who are a part of it." With the competition enter- ing its sixth week, the level of tasks will also get tougher. "They will be given military tasks. The contestants are being trained for it, only they don't know about it. No task is given without preparing them for it." Asked to comment on the week gone by and Shetty remarks, "I missed Gracious." Team knows best On her eviction, Priyanka says, "Leaving the house in Aamby Valley is difficult..I'm very dis- appointed. The team voted me out because they felt I'd hamper their chances of winning..my knee injury only added to it." Clarifying that she'd had this injury earlier, she states, "The tasks are only going to get tougher. My injury would have only proved to be a liability for the team." About accepting the offer, she says, "I've been trying to lose weight for ages but have really never succeeded till now." She names her trainer Deepika Mehta and health and fitness director Andrew Leipus for being an excellent support sys- tem during her stay. About losing 15.5 kilos, she says, "I've learnt to make some super low cal dishes. My family will now eat what I do to help me reach my target weight. Actual- ly staying away from my family has helped me to focus on losing weight. We have a great team of fitness experts, chefs and a med- ical team." About getting back to her nor- mal life, she states, "I will set a goal each day and work towards achieving it." She concludes that one among Hiren Bhawsar and Ajay Nagrath are most likely to win.
