The reason I think Aahil would need to know early on is because when he asks for an explanation from Tanveer, chances are that when he expresses reservation, Tanveer would try to assuage him by saying it would be for three months. Unless he doesn't protest at all, or states the exact reasons for his protest whether it be Rehan or his own feelings.

Also, chances of the three months clause not coming up in SaHil interactions seem unlikely to me.

But we shall see what happens. We all await. :)

Tanveer owes an explanation to the family members and she also needs to assure that Sanam is not disrespected in the house(so that Sanam continues to believe that Begum Sahiba is supporting her and not feel abandoned to bear the insults) but I still don't think that Tanveer will disclose the entire truth to the family members. Let's see what happens.

I agree. Tanveer will make sure Sanam is not disrespected. She needs that to be the case, or else there's always the danger of Sanam leaving. But the family members may change in their personal attitude towards her. The ones who were friendly may be more distant.

Let's see indeed.
