Just saw the precap.

Sanam goes into this as a contract marriage. Aahil for whatever reason will agree and may find out soon after the Nikkah that it's a contract marriage.

Hell for Aahil.

Cards are in Sanam's hands so family can't treat her horribly.

Aahil may be distant and angry with her, and will be in his own hell. But let's hope it doesn't spiral into humiliation and abuse.

And this convinces me even more that at the end of October, QH2 will also end. I guess they got a year's extension from last year's one-year of show.
I was actually hoping it wouldn't be a contract-type wedding. Simply, a wedding...
That S will recall Dilshaad's teachings and not want to get into such an arrangement; that she'd agree to marry and maintain the relationship; that while she 'hates' him she will try to resign herself to her fate (as she did with her ex-fiance) and try to make the best of the situation by focusing on ARI's good qualities. (Not that a woman must do so...simply that with a provincial upbringing, she'd have a little more hesitation at divorce).

She is fixing her earlier mistakes one by one I am more convinced everyday

Now we know why Sanam hates him and forget good thing done by him, some words n actions just stays longer.

I am waiting how the nikah process is done, parents name has to be announced. If it happens, I am convinced QH2 is fully redeeming itself. Tracks reused but right way as it should have been

Actually this is no contract marriage. This is real marriage. As Tanveer says Sanam can divorce after 3 months. What if she doesn't divorce? 😆

Tanveer mentioning this clause to Sanam will create more MUs & angst.

Tanu, contact marriages would still be real. In actuality, the contract would often be a mutual understanding. A written contract stating the intent to dissolve the marriage would make the marriage itself void. Think of it not the way Hindi serials have used "contract marriage," but rather romantic comedies or other dramas where two people agree to marry for a short amount of time for other reasons. Visa, for instance. They would need the marriage to be real. A written contract stating their intent would invalidate the marriage and keeping one around would be foolish.

@Jayne, to me this makes more sense than her agreeing to be married her whole life to Aahil and that too in such a manner.

Tired of the whole, female tries her best to make it work, or being resigned to her fate and so on and on. This is why there's hardly anything different in Hindi television. Same old stuff where female characters are restricted.

This is a welcome change for me. To me I'd rather she go into this taking the practical route.

Gul deserves a lot of credit for QH2. I don't think people are appreciating it enough. I am glad for what she's doing here. People want to criticize, comparing it to her previous works, praising previous work/works, while trashing this. And I can point my fingers to her mistakes and wrongs she did in those praised works, and how she is treating QH2 in a far better manner.

Yup, waiting to see how the Nikkah plays out. I shouldn't praise yet. Should wait to see what happens next week.
