We were given some drama, some comedy, and enough dialogue to make us look forward to tomorrow night's shooting. So I would say the khichdi tasted pretty good, had the right balance of ingredients.

I totally admire the character of the sharpshooter, not so much what she does for a living but the smart way she put the guys in their place. The girl kills people by profession, what do they think she will allow them to treat her like a sex object? 🤣 She also addressed them in Hindi so they know they can't discuss her assets without her knowledge. 👏 She, Durga, and Payal are all strong female characters who will not let anyone threaten them so easily. Even Payal had the temerity to slap Ganguly when he made moves towards her. The way she shot at the ground near to Shaurya's friend was telling. A few feet closer and she would have made him impotent. Appropriate considering the circumstances. Not worried about Dev, God always protects the righteous.

Very sincere of Dev to go visit Durga and her father right after the scene at the puja. His apology was totally on the money, not sure about Durga's. She had nothing to apologize for. It took all of twenty-four hours to turn that "never" into a lie. How clever of Raj to insist that Akash stay and inform them all including Durga about the threats to their family, getting her sympathy towards them and making them seem the victim? He is really going out of his way to make it like family. He's doing a way better job of handling Durga than his wife.

Suchitra is genuinely worried about the family, but she has no cells in her head. She can't see how Shaurya feels for Durga and that this could cause a problem for her son. I am hoping her character develops further in the show and she starts to question things without taking it in blind trust.

Shaurya and his friends drinking outside was the limit. One of them was smart enough to try and back out, but it looks like they are now all in over their heads.
Hard liquor during the day, ok. Notice you never see Dev with a drink in his hand, not even after dark.

So now not only is Karan a rapist but a murderer too. How is he going to explain that to his own parents as well as hers? :/

As for the killing attempt, hope Durga feels guilty for putting him in that situation. She is the one who made such a big deal of him in Shaurya's presence, knowing the latter's deep jealousy. Am looking forward to the rescue of him by her and Dr. Thakur.

Good points about the gutsy sharp shooter and how she put pervert in place.😉 Dev does not drink at all.
Shaurya only knows booze and bed.🤢

Durga's plan was fixed. Return after one apology.😆

Rajnath is an expert player. Seasoned champ of the game.

Suchitra is too careless and naive.

Even Dev never joins dots or uses brain. He should have thought than rush out the way he did.

I want Durga to figure out it was Shaurya behind it. Apart from guilt I want her to jolt Shaurya. Infact even Rajnath needs to figure out and burn his bottom. Bahut shaana banta hai!😡

Thanks.

Even if Rajnath couldn't trace the call, he should be following his instincts considering the fact that Shaurya has been trying to go after Dev for ages. He should at least suspect that his son is trying to have his way.

Suchitra blows my mind. We're talking about someone intelligent enough to bring up two boys, one adopted, and make them both successful. I mean, did she just lose all brainpower and willpower once her husband passed away? Not to sound mean. The only thing I can see her doing is questioning the servants, but she can't see anything amiss in the family unit.

Trinzieee! 🤗 So glad to see you here, and its been ages since we last interacted...maybe in the SC forum I believe? 😆

I'm glad to know we both enjoy this show! :) I was secretly watching it for awhile on and off, but now I'm more regular with it. Its such an amazing show with such powerful storytelling and strong characters.

I agree with all the points you've made in the post. One thing I love about this show that most of the female characters shown are quite strong. Except for maybe Suchitra? She might surprise us later on, but we'll see about that later.

There is something very endearing about Dev's sincerity in a lot of his actions he does, and you can see this in his genuine apology. He's a pure soul. Shaurya on the contrary, I'd like to believe has no soul whatsoever...and cannot think beyond his ego, his alcohol and using women for his own pleasures.

The attack on Dev tomorrow will reveal the softer side of Durga/Nithya, and its quite evident that she does still have feelings for Dev. Who knows, maybe the prediction the priest had made earlier about when reading Durga's hand might come true? 😆 Shaurya will lose it completely even at the thought of Durga possibly becoming his sister-in-law in the future.

Its such an amazing show with such powerful storytelling and strong characters. Yeah we both have great taste. I didn't like it at first as it wasn't my romantic genre but it grew on me with the charms of Sanjeeda and Vatsal. And Ayub.

Yes I like the strong female characters here, they are markedly different from Kumud but equally strong. Except for Suchitra, she needs to flesh out her character more.

Shaurya on the contrary, I'd like to believe has no soul whatsoever...and cannot think beyond his ego, his alcohol and using women for his own pleasures. Yes Dev is pure love. And Shaurya has no soul, but a lot of what he is is the way he has been raised and Sakshi sees that in his behavior and the way he never takes the blame for anything.

The attack on Dev is also an attack on virtue and it will not go unpunished. We just have to see what the cvs have in store, and who is going to do the punishing. Shaurya never had feelings for Durga and her marrying his brother will only be a reminder of his lost bet and losing face with his friends.

Hey you really pointed out the good points about the shooter. She's a strong woman but we can't forget that she's a murderer. No matter how good your behaviour are if your deeds are wrong then no mercy.
Plus I really loved the worried-friend in her. She was worried for Dev. Seems like Payal's recalling and the locket had a big influence on her anger towards Dev. But she didn't even find out what Gautam said is true or not. Maybe she has a more-than-a-friend feeling towards her or else why would she forgive a friend so easily when the friend left you when you needed him the most?

@ Dangelz: I feel that all children learn by example, and Shaurya has learned by seeing from his parents and their throwing the power all over the city that this is how to live and conduct oneself. Act badly, but be sure to do it in private. He is a product of his parents the same way Dev is of his.

@ Abray: Thanks. You're right we can't forget she is a murderer. My point wasn't that I admire what she does for a living, but the way she mirrored the merciless behavior of Shaurya and his friends was needed. I think we were expecting a man and that too within the country, so this new recruit and her gender was a surprise. She looked delicate in her appearance, but looks are deceiving. Shaurya and gang respect people who can do them harm, it is the way they are. So this innocent looking firang, who is a sureshot as we've seen put them all in their place. Not unlike what Durga is doing, but obviously what this woman does is illegal.

@Abray even the revengeful Durga didnt wanted Dev to die. She just wanted animosity between Shaurya and Dev. Dev to be left alone.
This time some new facts have come in front of her and she has mellowed a bit. That call to Dev she somehow feel it is dangerous. All her instincts tells her danger and she wants to stop him. It is not that she has forgiven him completely or trusts him completely.
But yes the ice has started to melt between the two.

Maybe it's because of Dayal's pressure Durga started forgiving Dev or else she woudn't have trust Gautam and the locket-still-Dev. Thanks to Dr.Dayal😳
