even madari rope dancer sapera earn money but i have never heard police arrest madari making monkey dance and bear dance on road .never heard sapera get arrested never heard polce arrest rope dancer

Anandi closed done the jalwa bar not because he was doing anything illegal but because all the basti ladies husbands were spending their money at the bar and not giving their earnings to their wives.

The man clearly had a license and was not engaged in anything illegal...but still instead of trying to reform the customers she had the bar shut down.
