Rehan didnt confess his love to Sanam, dont know why!! But I felt before or after her arrival he said those love lines, which were only heard by Ahil and not Sanam! So that after nikah the misunderstanding in Ahil's mind continues its very place! Share your thoughts too

Me too! I don't think he said it to Sanam. Like he was preparing what he wanted to say or maybe said it after she walked away or something.
