I too think Sanam definitely is not so clueless now. She definitely knew Aahil probably saw the hug.

Her going yelling after him is one of the interesting things about the episode. Whenever she's with him, her emotions take over now. Her emotions where even without her realizing it or meaning to, they take on a hint of a lovers' spat. When is Rehaan going to catch on that when he's seeing Sanam crying and upset over Aahil it's in an impassioned manner? (Last question is hypothetical.😆)

They're both really hot and bothered when it comes to each other. Love the 'lovers' spat' reference !!

She loses all composure around Aahil, and was really irritated about Nida's speech about Sanam being tough because she's from the working class and all (Biatch!),

Aahil's irritation and denying Nida's words by his facial expressions... priceless. He was saying 'What nonsense this Nida is talking' with his face. Then he realizes Sanam has grouped him and Nida together as having this opinion !!

Then he gets nudged and he's stunned !👏
