'Saathiya' tops Wednesday night ratings in UK

Popular show Saathiya' emerged as the only show that raked in over 150,000 viewers on UK Asian television last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The long-running fiction, which airs at 19:00 pulled in 158,900 viewers - peaking at 187,600 viewers. Ek Hasina Thi' settled for second place with 131,400 viewers at 20:00 and SaraswatiChandra' in third with 114,400 viewers. All other shows on the channel yesterday drew under 100,000 viewers.

On Colors, Uttaran' was top with just 17,600 viewers and Rangrasiya' at 21:30 in second with 15,200 viewers.

On Rishtey, Meri Aashiqui' brought in 39,200 viewers and took the lead at 20:30, followed by Mrs Pammi Pyarelal' at 21:30 with 29,300 viewers and Parichay' was third with 26,200 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, Gustakh Dil' was the leading show with 21,100 viewers, followed by Baawre' at 22:00 with 15,200 viewers and Nadaan Parindey' at 21:00 with 10,400 viewers.
