Really, I know I have to be positive for the forum, so before I go slightly off tangent, here is a smile. 😆

But wth, which young girl would go into a stranger's car in this day and age by herself, if she was with a friend I would say its a little more believable, but I wish to know if this is the practice in rural India, I am sure its not.

Rant over.

That wasn't so negative was it girls?😕

No that wasnt negative at all..
This is a serious topic that needs to be discussed india is plagued with cases of women harassment and when they themselves walk to the trap it's even more saddening

No it's a fair enough question!
I think what makes it plausible (not necessarily believable) is the fact that he is handsome.

I know that sounds shallow, but for most people, at first glace: he looks like a "nice" well to do boy, who was being polite. Had it been an middle aged man, or sort of creepy looking it would be a situation where Sunheri (and many girls) would react differently.

It's odd but sometimes looks leave an impression.

Yes, what are they portraying, in the name of television drama these days, and I am not being moralistic, but it is rather scary for me, because when I was with the show that cannot be named I remember a story about a girl and her boyfriend going into a van and what have you not. And to see this in the episode today, was quite scary for me, I would never get into a stranger's car ever. 😆

Hopefully we are left to asume that brave Sunehri had some pepper spray chili powder and even small knife in her carrybag.😆

Well I would have felt better if the family had reprimanded her some more, rather than the hero patting her on the head. LIke seriously this is a huge problem everywhere especially here in North America, and I am sure in India as well.

But she should be more street smart than the CRV's portrayed her to be. I know the villain seems to be good looking for some, but still she should have been taught from a young age not to enter into stranger's car as we all are in our everyday life. 😆 I had it preached to me daily.😕

I think they were trying to show the villain as a charmer, who fools people easily...he has to fool ranawats for a period of time so he has to be atleast that smart...especially someone like Major saab... also they've always shown sunehri as gullible...I mean even Paro with her limited education and exposure to world outside birpur knew not to take lifts from anjaan aadmi.

I know that its what they want to portray, but it still doesn't make me as a person and a woman at that feel better, especially if she later falls for him from this first meeting and then her hurts her all because of her stupidity. 😕😆
