The medicine and bijlee girna dialogue was the exact same which creeped me out and it suggested to me that either it's a blooper or there's a story behind those similarities as well 😕

...bijli wale scene maine dekha nehi...so can't comment on tht... Medicine wala scene ki possible explaination main de chuki hu...pocket watch hipnotism...aur ebi ki dialouges ki toh baat hi mat karo...hamesha recycle hoti hain...pari kabhi kabhi same to same tara ki dialouge bolti hain...they r neither blood relatives nor was in touch of eachother...if she can do tht then why can't sia?

Interesting analysis
Both sets if people r related to blood pari balli are unaware of it but still the love they hav for each other wud hav been same even if they know abt the relation.
I feel mannat wants Om to go through the same pain she went through he must hav not hurt her physically but whatever he did definitely affected her mentally to the point that she is turning psycho. I feel she is slowly loosing her mental balance. Till now no one had seen this side of hers. I think Om was very protective towards his sister and made a decision thinking abt her welfare (maybe his reputation as well)that led to mannat developing hatred for him and wants to see him in pain. Maybe she aroused suspicion in Om's mind against Sia and separated them like how she was separated frm something she loved so he wud also go through the same pain she went through.
EBI has always showed two sides of the coin or relationships. On one side we had Tara nandu who were related by blood and another side meethi Tara even though they were in laws loved each other like sisters.
I think mannat was responsible for Sia's death either directly or indirectly
