If I am not mistaken, Dr.Dayal has not told plastic surgen it's Nitya. In previous some episode he was saying this to Durga. He had hidden her identity from doctors also.

you are right, Dayal said that no one except him and Nitya knows about Nitya's plastic surgery ...and she just edited Sakshi's name and corrected it. is this some kind of joke?
