Interesting post.
Your right in saying that the CV's have made a unique couple that no MU could come in between them. It's the reason I love Parud so much that the typical types of MU's will not break these two apart.
I also agree on the fact that it would be nice to see Paro having a conversation with Maithili or Mala about how she feels with this new stalker around. I think they may actually focus on Paro in this story. With Ashish doing two shows and rehearsals he seems exhausted. So they may give him a break bringing the whole focus of the story on Paro and her stalker.

Hi Kate Austen!
I agree completely about the misunderstanding part. We have two characters who actually have open conversations. Its great to see. Even when they were enemies, they had open discussions about what they felt about the other and the situations they were in. Very sensible points you made there and I hope the CV's take that into account. MU will not work with this couple.
Regarding a monologue for Paro: she has had 2 monologues in the show that I can recall, and they both did wonders for her character's POV and development and connection with the audience. The writers need to do this again and soon or even have Paro and Maitali have an open conversation and talk about their feelings. We could get an idea of Paro's goals, clearly in front of us.
It would create a better connection with the character.
Its a great show and it has a great cast so lets hope the writers can match the talent of the actors.

Sherry,

These two, their bond is too strong for silly MU. The cvs have to come up with something else. Abt paro's monologues in the show, i remember the one on her last day at the haveli. Bfore they left for mumbai. That was the best. Im not the crying type but i really felt for paro that day. Her pain, her love, her anguish...thats what im expecting from the cvs. I believe focus on paro would do wonders to the show.😕 Focus on paro is what im expecting from this track but at the same time afraid they might screw up again😊

Agreed. Focus on Paro would do wonders for the entire show. Explain her rationalizations, etc. It would help everyone watching to connect. Its like watching villains. They always have a monologue in their heads that we get to hear because they dare not say what they are thinking out loud, lol. At least we as the audience get to see what the thinking process is and can identify with them (if it makes any sense.) This is what the Paro character needs, a chance to speak and get heard.
Paro had 2 monologues where she explained herself, one was right after the Tejawat ordeal, she sat and told her butterfly friend Rukmini how she was going back to being the old Paro, the happy Paro. The 2nd monologue was when Rudra threw her out of the house (she slept outside which I hated) but she was determined to help Rudra return back to the happy person he was before his Ma sa had left him. She had a list of things she was going to do for him and I think she did them. I actually can't recall the one before Jaipur, was that when she was sitting in the hall crying? Have to re-watch that.
Nice chatting with you Kate, always good! LOL.

Sherry,
Sorry 😳...my mistake... It wasnt really monologue... It was paro's convo with mythilli and 'her doll.' Bfore they left for mumbai. ( b4 mahasangam with BI). That was my fav paro scene. The way she justified her reasons for leaving...everyone felt for paro that day... Thats what im expecting from cvs. Scenes like that. The other monologues were good but did not leave impact like her convo with mythilli did on that day...

Thank you...Nice chatting with you too sherry😊...
