Ilena cuz I doubt she gets good offers compared to the rest. As a result she gets to do not so good movies I guess

Maybe Illeana does flowerpot roles in masala movies as she is not getting good roles, she has no one backing her after all. It could be the same case like Yami, Esha etc., or maybe she is making a deliberate attempt to do such masala films as she said in one interview that she did not want to be slotted in the art film category after Barfi. Whatever it is, she is definitely capable of much more as she was very good in Barfi.

Sonakshi seems to have realised her mistake after Lootera and that's why she has signed a woman centric film now. Actually she doesn't need to really wait and sign necessarily woman centric films, even a love story with girl-boy having equal roles, romcoms, etc are okay. Just dont do the same old flowerpot stuff.

Sonakshi knows that out of sight is out of mind. Hence, she's ready to even accept flower pot roles.

Kareena has done a lot of good movies and utilised her talent. So she's not a waste.
